I am a general linguist with several years of experience in project management, linguistic research, scientific publishing, translation, and editing. I have specialized in language documentation, corpus linguistics, linguistic data processing, and lexicography.

Experience and Qualifications

I have a licenciate degree in German and English Studies, Magister Artium in Linguistics (Language Typology) and I am finishing my PhD in General Linguistics. I am chair of CIDLeS - Interdisciplinary Centre of Social and Language Documentation, which is a non-profit organization focused on the documentation, study and revitalization of endangered languages and on the development of language technologies for under-resourced languages. I am also lecturer of language documentation and endangered languages at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München (Germany).
